How the estimate is prepared
The assessment is based on photos and documents you send. MOTOEXPERT does not claim to have an office in Madrid. Where photos are not sufficient for a load-bearing part, the opinion names the measurement or inspection that is still required and who can carry it out.
What you receive
A written opinion with a description of the damage, the repair path and a repair cost calculation. Where the repair may not be economical, the replacement value and residual value of the trailer are stated.
What the estimate is used for
As a basis for the claim against the liable party’s insurer or under your own cover, and as a specification for the workshop you choose. The insurer decides on payment.
